Intermittently visible clouds of dust blew across block 1129 today. It was difficult to tell the source of the dust but it was located near the southeast base of the building containing the construction offices.
At one point around 5 PM a visible cloud blew across the dirt mountain while workers were on top of it. An air monitor was visible on Dean Street earlier in the day, but at the time the attached photos were taken it was no longer on Dean Street. It wasn't on Vanderbilt either.
This matches a pattern yesterday: the monitor was only put out during normal work hours.
