Barclays Arena construction workers SMOKING on Dean Street Children’s playground violate city law on smoking on city property property!!!  
Renewed complaints from local residents with children feel very intimidated from the having Barclays Arena construction workers without children interloping in children’s Dean Street playground, sign's #1 rule prohibit’ s ADULT's except in company of children. Residents have asked them to leave but they will not & they ARE SMOKING on city property now, against the law!! 311 said to call the Parks dept.
