Multiple cars parked illegally during the Sensation concert

Also white Chevy Express Van DZE 3728 parked in front of WOodland back door at 65 St. Mark's Avenue...repeat offender. Van must belong to Woodland.
Submitting for a neighbor. Car blocking private driveway since the before the concert started until now 1:15 am, neighbor's car is blocked from entering his own driveway, says this happens often. Two police cars have passed but no ticket has been issues and no tow truck has shown up since 12:30am.
1 car and 4 vans, most of them beige Fords with tinted windows, parked in posted "No Standing Anytime" zone. Common problem during Barclays events.
Thursday night during the beginning of the Miami Heat/Nets game:
Due to technical difficulties I could not post several 311 complaints on here at the time they were made. Nor was I able to make all the 311 complaints I was ready to make. However, there were many cars parked illegally at 7:15 and 8:15 on Fifth Avenue, Flatbush, Dean, and Sixth Avenue by Flatbush, mostly limos. These were observed in two separate 5 minute walks home and do not constitute a survey.
My car was broken into and ransacked while parked in front of my building at 610 Dean Street. I discovered the burglary on the morning of Sept. 30th. Items were stolen and a glass of vodka was left on the driver's seat. There was an event at Barclays Center the previous night.
On August 25, the MTV Video Music Awards and its red carpet landed with a wallop in the neighborhood around Barclays Center. The video to the right shows some of the volume and scale of the red carpet event, which was staged next to homes at the Dean Street and 6th Avenue intersection. At the end of the video, Miley Cyrus steps from her limo, giving a preview of her later performance on stage. The crowds lining the street are comprised largely of young people brought in by MTV, not residents from the block.
While other events have spilled out of the arena onto public sidewalks and streets, the VMAs were the first to receive permission from the City to close streets and sidewalks in the neighborhoods nearby. The entire setting - from its crowds to the facades of the townhouses nearby - were carefully stage-managed for the camera and attending media. The experience for local residents went far beyond the red carpet walk seen on t.v. It included: five consecutive nights of after hours outdoors construction work, filming footage prior to the event, live performances with amplified sound, a projection screen with lights, six back-up generators, and a shipped-in cast apparently numbering between one and two thousand people.
As part of a plan, limos for celebrities at the VMAs are sent down Dean Street in the reverse direction. They line up on the both sides of Dean Street between 6th and Carlton Avenues under people's homes, (see attached photos)
To reach Dean they travel down Carlton Avenue:
A limo parked on Bergen Street backs up against traffic to Carlton Avenue and joins the procession:
Due to time constraints, these photos could not be posted last night. Most were taken at 8:45PM and some at 11PM. No Traffic Enforcement Agents were seen during the entire evening and it is assumed that there were none assigned to patrol, according to FCR. Regular Police Officers were stationed on corners such as Flatbush and Bergen but not engaging with illegal parkers. Two officer patrols in the area were encountered at around 9PM and did respond positively when the offending vehicles in the immediate area were pointed out, though the action taken was not noted.
Within a short walk of my home I found and reported to 311 approximately 16 illegally parked limousines, during a period of about 20 minutes.
