When FCR contractor/operator of heavy equipment earth mover enters onto public Pacific St & is followed by FCR pickup truck ignores that fact that a double parked contractor van will prevent enough clearance for the earth mover to get by; the FCR contractor driver transverses close enough to block the entire public street and also blocks a NYC fire department fire truck for around +/- 20 minutes. The heavy equipment earth mover & fire truck were mid-block of a 171 unit residential building with around 100 families with children residing on the Pacific St side.

2012-06-21 Traffic light @ Carlton & Pacific St teetering on falling over after being hit, putting monitor close will not help hold up, again the traffic light on the SW corner of Carlton Ave & Pacific St was hit & is ready to fall down & positioning an air monitor next to it will not prevent any further damage or from completely falling over.
