Dust from Barclays Arena car park block 1129 no misting/watering while dust drifts into residential neighborhood, dust also coming from the corner of NE corner of Carlton Ave & Pacific St. (note the amount of dust on car) 311 said to contact the contractor.

Hazardous waste ‘black water tanks’ left near the sidewalk across from residents on Carlton Ave, probably removed and discarded on block 1129 from the trailers that were parked there. Black water tanks hold human & other vile waste. The pictures clearly show that the tanks have materials in them almost half full and piping are uncapped.

The attached photo shows an arena construction worker relieving himself on a resident's fence at the corner of Dean Street and Carlton Avenue in spite of the number of port-a-johns on  nearby Block 1129.  Construction workers continue to have an adverse impact on the community with respect to noise, illegal parking, garbage and - in this case - other sanitation issues.
