The DOB stop work order on Barclays Center parking lot detention tanks, but FCR doesn’t appear to stop because they were still working on tanks on 2012-06-19 5 days later.

All night attached video & pictures @ 2:30am LIRR new rail yard high intensity sodium flood light configuration creates extensive light pollution for residents; the newly added sets now add twice the amount high intensity sodium lighting pollution directly into resident’s homes. Attached date stamped pictures show when the lights were turned on & off.

Nowhere in the last two-week Atlantic Yards Construction Alert, dated 1/16/12, that was distributed by Empire State Development (after preparation by developer Forest City Ratner) indicated that overnight closure of traffic lanes & staging on Atlantic Ave with all night construction with the entire bank of Vanderbilt rail yard lights on was scheduled for Saturday night (2012-01-28)
