2011-12-19 Barclays Arena construction trucks creating very hazardous condition by parking & blocking traffic on Public Street Atlantic Ave - Official flaggers fail to control Barclays Arena construction dump trucks creating very hazardous condition blocking (by parking) entire lane (Public Street) of only a two lane roadway in an already highly congested traffic area while illegally idling. The east bound traffic was blocking pedestrian’s crossing @ Flatbush & Atlantic because they had to merge to the north lane to pass the 4~5 parked trucks.
